It is time to sit down with our young adults and learn what they are thinking and what they want out of life. It begins with a dream and turning that dream into a reality. Cartersolutions provides training in Life Skills Coaching and Job Readiness. The students in this program learn every aspect of making the right decisions to getting the job that they are striving to achieve. Young adults coming out of high school or in the criminal justice system are provided a sense of direction while learning life skills and shaping their desires to match their drive to do it!
As a career professional and a woman of color, diversity in the workplace and in our living illustrates who we are. Often times barriers invade people because of bias, prejudices and our belief systems and practices. Cartersolutions' Diversity Training explores those areas in an environment that does not create discomfort, but rather conformity to work collectively as a team to reach a common goals in the workplace. That goal is to respect our differences; bridge an understanding and accomplish task for an agency. The training is very informative on current issues and addresses many areas that we do not always explore in our business practices. Let's talk!
Inspiration comes from members of a community working collectively together for a common purpose. But sometimes we are in need of Spiritual guidance and we seek out those individuals that have made an impact for others. Apostles, Prophets, Evangelist, Pastors, and Teachers are bound by God's design. They are entrusted to deliver the Word as our spiritual counselors. I have found that Spiritual guidance is the best medicine for the soul. That is why it is important for me to provide a service to the community were experienced teachers, (including yours truly) are invited to give seminars on everyday life. Being "fed" the Word encourages change in, demeanor, attitude and above all "understanding". We are blessed when we live according to God's plan that He has for us.
