Why us?
Cartersolutions was established by Cassandra Carter in 2012. She retired from law enforcement after twenty-eight years of service. While employed she assisted many people in the community, with various problems. She saw firsthand the needs in the community, especially with young adults that she had encountered. Cassandra decided it would be beneficial to create an avenue that would allow our youth to strive toward success instead of failure. Thus, she was determined to provide training programs and services that would instill confidence, leadership and a road map for successes for everyone. Her mission is to provide services that changes mindsets and quality living for communities. She believes that in order to create change, we must show change that affects the whole and not just a few.
